At heart we are watch enthusiasts ourselves and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase - Whether it’s the wrong strap for your watch, incorrect sizing or a simple change of mind we will accept your return or exchange request within 45 days of order. Any postage costs will be incurred by the customer unless the product is defective.
